Join the Department of African American Studies for a showing of the documentary Soundtrack to a Coup D'Etat. The film follows the story of the protest against the murder of Congolese independence leader and Pan-Africanist Patrice Lumumba, as led by Abbey Lincoln and Max Roach 

Held as part of our department's Community Lecture Series, free and open to all interested. All lectures will be held in the Richmond Public Library at 6PM, every Thursday through April 9th.
